It is not the most attractive of plants and lacks the impact of its ornamental cousin; however it is very hardy and has uses as an edible plant.
Cultivation tips: This clump forming perennial will flourish in any well drained fertile deep topsoil in full of part shade. Crambe requires plenty of space, so plant 1 metre a part towards back of boarder. Good for coastal areas.
